| This field of research is characterized by teaching, research and development of embedded electronic systems, with a multidisciplinary approach, involving topics such as embedded software / hardware design and development, antennas, automation and digital control, renewable energies, electric drives and power electronics. It integrates two complementary research topics, Embedded Systems and Electronic Power Systems. This complementarity is based on the collaboration between the professors and their respective research projects and the interweaving of the technical problems to be addressed in the two topics of research. Therefore, it presents a present challenge and, also, is aligned with the numerous technical-scientific problems found in the national industry. |
